What to Expect:
We will be going into the energetics and emotions inside the Masculine Masks of
Doing, Comparing, Controlling, Overthinking and Perfectionism.
You will be guided into a hypnotic state to connect you to your subconscious mind and spiritual body.
This will help you remember when and why you decided to put these masks on.
You will use guided imagery and your intuitive senses to remove the masks.
You will use your breath to release any unprocessed emotions in the body.
You will use eft (tapping) to reprogram beliefs created from self and society.
You will remember how it feels to be in your Divine Feminine power.
